This program is the perfect opportunity for your child to gradually develop skills to have a successful transition into school. PLAY is still the most important part of the learning process and is the best way for children to develop their skills. By building on children's interests and joy in discovery we can encourage children to be more curious. If you have a child who's curious and loves to learn, they are going to keep learning. Your child will be immersed in an environment full of arts, crafts and have access to tons of materials to inspire creativity. We add in a little guidance and fallow a routine to allow for a seamless transition into school.

I’m Nicole Arroyo with The Commonwealth Schoolhouse. I’m a mother of two, who loves creating meaningful learning experiences for my children. I began my journey working at a wonderful nearby preschool in Pinole Ca. When the pandemic started I was given an amazing opportunity to start my own private schoolhouse. With the trust of 6 amazing families, I had an opportunity to guide the learning path of their children. I was able to create and perfect my own enrichment programs. It was the best and most rewarding experience of my life. I‘ve designed a beautiful indoor/outdoor learning space out of my home. I’m now ready to open my doors to the public so children pre-k -6th grade can have the same rich hands on learning experiences. My vision is to create and share the community I’ve dreamed of for my own family.
